These Terms of Business (“Terms”) outline the basis on which we provide regulated financial services to you as a customer in accordance with (Section 48) (Consumer Protection) Regulations 2025.

Regulatory Status
LM Operations Ltd is a Retail Credit Firm authorised on a transitional basis and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. Our Central Bank of Ireland Code is C162087
The firm is subject to and required to comply with the codes of conduct and regulations issued and/or enforced by the Central Bank, to include Consumer Protection Code, Minimum Competency Code and Fitness and Probity Standards. Regulatory Activities
The firm provides Hire Purchase services in line with our authorisation from the Central Bank of Ireland.
Charges
We apply charges for the services provided. Charges may include administration and servicing fees and any other applicable amounts as agreed with you, the customer.

Conflicts of Interest
LM Operations Ltd have a conflict-of-interest policy in place to identify, prevent and manage conflicts of interest that may arise. It is our policy to act in your best interests, to mitigate and where necessary avoid conflicts of interest when providing services to its customers.
Financial Difficulties
Our procedures are designed to assist customers who are experiencing financial difficulty, we encourage customers to contact us as soon possible. Our staff are on hand to help you and can work with you to try and arrive at a solution.
If your agreement does fall into arrears, the firm may, if necessary, exercise its rights as set out in the terms and conditions applicable to the service or product provided.
Your data in relation to the arrears may be shared with a relevant credit register, in accordance with our credit agreement.

We seek to resolve any complaints fairly and promptly. We have procedures in place for the proper handling of complaints and will provide you with a regular written update while our investigation of your complaint is on-going.
In the event you are dissatisfied with the outcome or if the complaint is not resolved within 40 business days, you are entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman at the address below for an independent review.

Changes to Terms of Business
Where there are any material changes to these terms of business, we will notify affected customers in writing or by email at least 5 working days prior to the effective date of the change.
